Booth spaces are reserved on a first come basis as payment is received.
The festival committee and chairman reserve the right to deny any application for any reason.
Application and entry fee received by Striped Bass Festival is a commitment. No refunds will be given.
The Striped Bass Festival Committee provides a space only. You are responsible for tents, tables, chairs, etc.

Only 110 voltage can be provided.
Vendors and Crafters are only allowed to sell from the assigned booth space. We do not allow shopping cars; standing out in front of your booth passing out samples, etc. Crafters are not allowed to give away or sell food or beverages.
Selling from a vehicle is prohibited.
The sale of any product considered offensive, destructive or distasteful nature (string in a can, stink bombs, water guns, knives, snap & pops, etc.) will not be allowed. If caught selling them, you will be asked to leave.

Vendors and crafters are required by SC State Law to obtain a SC Sales Tax License or apply and receive an exemption.
Food vendors must comply with DHEC Food Service Guidelines and pass a fire inspection. Both forms will be sent out with the acceptance letter.
Food vendors must provide one large trash container next to their space. Do not dump any oil anywhere but the approved receptacle.
Food vendors must provide proof of insurance with application.
One vehicle will be allowed in festival area at a time. Festival committee members will be available to help unload the vehicle.
All vehicles must be out of the barricades by 8:30am.
The festival ends at 4:00pm! Anyone refusing to shut down at the proper time will not be allowed back to upcoming festivals and the police department may take action.
Security will be provided throughout the event; however, the Striped Bass Festival Committee, Clarendon County Chamber of Commerce, Clarendon County and the City of Manning will not be held responsible for loss or damages.
No pets are allowed in the festival area
Any vendor that misses set-up time will forfeit space and no refund will be given
