Vendor & Crafter Rules and Regulations
Booth spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis as payment is received. The Striped Bass Festival Committee and Chairman reserve the right to deny any application for any reason. Application and entry fees are a commitment and no refunds will be issued. The festival provides booth space only. Vendors are responsible for tents, tables, chairs, and all equipment. All booth spaces are on pavement. Booth spaces are limited and early registration is encouraged. NO generators are allowed. Only 110-volt power may be provided. Vendors and crafters may sell only from their assigned booth space. Selling from a vehicle, using shopping carts, standing in front of booths, or passing out samples is not allowed. Crafters may not sell or give away food or beverages. NO T-shirt sales. NO exclusions. The sale of any offensive, destructive, or distasteful items (including string-in-a-can, stink bombs, water guns, knives, snap & pops, etc.) is prohibited. Vendors found selling prohibited items will be asked to leave. Vendors and crafters must obtain a South Carolina Sales Tax License or receive an exemption as required by state law. Food vendors must comply with DHEC Food Service Guidelines and pass a fire inspection. Required forms will be sent with acceptance. Food vendors must provide proof of insurance with the application, one large trash container next to their booth, and dispose of oil only in approved receptacles. A copy of insurance must be provided with the application. Vendors will receive a vehicle pass that must be displayed in the car window. Vehicles without a pass will not be allowed into the festival area. One vehicle per booth space is allowed at a time. Festival committee members will assist with unloading. Unloading begins at 7:00 AM and must be completed by 8:30 AM. Vendors arriving after 7:30 AM or missing setup will forfeit their booth space with no refund. All vehicles must be out of the barricades by 8:30 AM. The festival ends at 4:00 PM. Vendors who refuse to shut down at the designated time may be barred from future events and subject to police action. Security will be provided; however, the Striped Bass Festival Committee, Clarendon County Chamber of Commerce, Clarendon County, and the City of Manning are not responsible for loss or damages. No pets are allowed in the festival area. By submitting this application, I apply for a space at the 2026 Striped Bass Festival and agree to follow all rules and regulations. Decisions by the SBF Chairman are final.
