Soups, Stews & Sweets is back for the third year! Come on out to Brooks Street in Manning on the first Thursday in December and enjoy some awesome treats prepared by local businesses under the City of Manning's signature Christmas lights.
After an initial rescheduling due to weather, the City Of Manning invites you to kick off the Christmas season with their annual Parade of Lights! The parade will begin at Weldon Auditorium at 5:30 PM and make its way down Brooks Street. Bring your chairs and blankets and enjoy fun for the whole family!
